Hicks Architectural Group has just completed multiple schematic design options for a major addition and renovations for a vacation home in rural Hawaii. The home will be 11,000 to 16,000 square feet with 11+ ensuite bedrooms and a mix of inside and outside amenities to entertain an extended family.
